Delete your account and data
Ask us to delete your NexusProperty.App account and the personal data linked to it. We confirm by email and complete requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your sign-in details, name, email address and profile.
- Your messages, repair reports, uploaded photos and assistant conversations.
- Invite links and preferences tied to your account.
What we must keep
- Rent and subscription payment records and receipts, kept for up to 7 years for tax and accounting law, then deleted.
- Records your landlord or letting agent holds about your tenancy belong to them — we pass your request on to them.
